Smile TV in 8317SS Model

I love the flat screen tv in our new camper but it's in an odd place. It can't be watched from the far left side of the couch. Anyone know if a different wall mount can be attached so that you can move the TV to be able to see if better? If there is such a thing, any idea where I might be able to get one and is it difficult to change?

you could get a swivel mount fro best buy or cc, just slide your current tv upwards it will slide off, take into the store they should be able to match up something, mine also came with a stand so you could mount it on the stand, I found it below the tv in the left door

Andrea,

I have the Flagstaff 831KRSS and it has the same issue with the center EC. I took the ugly shelf off of the master bedroom wall and used the one on the EC as my bedroom mount. I then found a double swivel mount (this is important so you can get it flush and in the center of the opening when not using) for 99 bucks which was the best deal. Have not installed the new mount yet as it is cold here now, but it will be cool. This also gives me the option of moving the TV way out of EC when someone is sleeping on the couch air mattress, it is like their own TV. Hope this helps.

I have an 8317SS as well and will be taking the TV from the entertainment center and mounting it to the wall in the master bedroom. I plan on replacing it with the largest screen that will fit in the TV area. When you take your TV down I would love to know how it comes off or how it is mounted. --Rob

as I stated earlier, it slides up, sometimes you have to wiggle it a little, put it slides off upwards, you will see the small square mounting bracket held on by 4 srews after lcd tv is removed

I am looking at a bigger TV and make chances to the EC, right now the biggest TV I can use is a 19". Our camper is a 8314 and the TV shelve will hold a standard TV, it is deep. I am going to make a mod to install ether 32" or maybe a 40".
