Right now I would lean toward this CW getting the credit for not taking care of your friend. 3-1/2 months is a long time even if the wrong part was sent twice. I think there is more to this story than what CW is saying. Often, but not always, the delay is actually with the service department but puts the blame elsewhere.
Did you friend buy the unit from this CW? I know that many RV dealerships will service their customers first but even so 100+ days is extremely long and unreasonable.
