ultra lite delamination

i have a 2009 8314bss ultra lite,received on 4/9/2009 had it a year and when i took the cover off in the spring 4/10/2010 the left side had a delamination area.i called forest river and they said to get it too the dealer and have them take pictures of it.i took it to the dealer and they had me take it too a local body shop which i didnt agree with.i then talked to forest river and was told i could have it done at the factory in september,2010.what happened is we called in september and they were booked up till december.i told them i didnt want it hauled to indiana with all the road salt and they agreed we could do it april 2011.took it to the dealer on 3/38/2011 picked up on 3/29/2011 and returned to factory from new hampshire.they replaced both sides, resealed roof, front and rear windows ,resealed back door glass,repaired interior molding on inside front wall repaired satilite antenna and had it back at the dealer on 4/14/2011.i call that pretty good service.

wow, that is good service!!! who is your dealer, and what part of new hampshire are you? we are in western ma.

my dealer is campers inn in kingston nh, rte 125 aron is the warranty person to talk too great people to deal with.

WOW!!! The first time ours went back to the factory to have the sidewalls replaced, it was 4 months before we had it back. The second time it was 6 months. Of course that was back in the "delamination heyday". Sad that it is still an issue, but at least it sounds like they have improved the process.
