Warranty work...

Our water pump is leaking. It has been. We've tried to repair it ourselves, but our coach is only 4 months old and we are now ready to use our warranty.

Has anyone had to use the warranty? We are several hundred miles away on a long road trip. How is the mobile warranty? (The one we were promised, but so far we don't have faith in the dealership's promises)

If I remember right, you are full timers. I would look for a local FR dealer & ask. You should be able to find one on the FR web page.

contact the dealer you bought from and have them find one close to you.
FR will also reimburse you if you have an independent RV shop do the work, just as long as they pre-approve it.
