Water heater bypass on 8325SS

Ok, I give up! I have searched all around the oven and sink area and cannot find an access panel for the water heater bypass. Please help before I break something.

Thanks

The bypass valve will most likely be near your hot water heater.

Could it be behind the door next to your couches in kitchen counter....might have to remove a panel inside or would be behind the kitchen drawer (need to remove)...see index 10:40 on video....

Find the water heater on the outside of the trailer. The bypass will be behind it. You need to access from inside most likely behind a panel or false wall in a storage space.

FR likes to make cabinet doors that don't open. Instead of a knob, there's a third hinge on the knob side. See left cabinet door in the pic below. They like to put things like HWH valves, slider controllers, etc. behind these. If you have one of these, take the screws out of the 3rd hinge and see what's behind it. Even if it's nowhere near your water heater, I'll bet there's something behind that door that you ought to know about.

I don't know why the FR doesn't put an access door for the WH bypass. The best way to find the access is to check where the WH outside panel is then check what is behind it on the inside. My last trailer it was just below the refrigerator panel outside. On the inside there was a slotted screwed in panel below the fridge. I had to unscrew the panel to access the bypass. In my first Trailer I had to saw a little door in the panel under the bathroom wardrobe.
Why don't they just make a door access?????

We found ours below the oven door. It has a vent cover mounted on it. 4 little screws on the corner.

As is easy to see there is no standard placement or standard cover. I got lucky on my rig the water pump and all valves are in the same compartment. Good luck when you find it let us know where it was

Red face bypass

There should be a way in from the cargo area or in my case i had to take my steps apart going to the bedroom (fifth wheel by the way "Sabre"). It's also where i found the sub for the stereo system::
