Water puddling in window track/sill

I recently bought a 21' Roo. When it rains hard or I hose the side during washing water puddles in the sill. The trailer is leaning forward considerably as I thought that was best to keep run-off from the roof. The water is puddling forward of the weep holes. Is this due to the angle of forward lean? Should water even be able to enter where it can get into the track/sill? It seems as though it would weep out if level, but what is one to do during storage when they tell me to keep the nose down for run-off?

Seriously, you are the best judge of where the water is getting in. Seems having someone watch from the interior while you spray the window with the hose should locate the problem area. Speculating here is just that, water leaks can be tough to locate most of the time.
