We did it!

Just placed a deposit on a new 2504S and are looking forward to spring. Our tv is a 2016 F150 5.0L with tow package. Any ideas or suggestions on what we will need before our first trip.

Go to the Library section of this forum and familiarize yourself with the electrical and plumbing systems ( ie what is protected by fuses and what is protected by breakers) There are also some PDI, setup and tear down checklists.
Then relax and enjoy

Congrats we bought ours last March and love it. Check to make sure all water line connections are tight. We had a leak where the water line connects into the back of the toilet.

Thank you all. We’re waiting for Spring but had another 6” of snow yesterday so it will be nearly three months before we can pick up the trailer and bring it home. Meanwhile we are learning what we can, making lists, purchasing necessary items and dreaming of that first trip. **

We have a 2016 2504s and just love it. One of the first things I did was put on 3 group 31 duel purpose batteries. If your unit has the new rounded front with the window it will be even easier because of that nice new battery rack. Jay.

Sway elimination. LT tires on truck. Maxxis or Endurance tires on RV

Yikes! Another 10 inches of ❄️ as I post. Making lists and dreaming of spring when we can pick up our new TT and start camping. **

Ouch on the snow! We have a 2016 2504s and have loved it. One thing I can think of to add to the list is a generator, but that will depend on the type of camping you plan to do. Also, a dehumidifier to keep the moisture down inside the TT. Welcome and enjoy!
