Is this a faucet with a joy stick (one handle) or does it have hot and cold valves? If you have water in the lines and it is a joy stick look at the handle. It should have a set screw in the base of it, the round part of the handle. There should be a set screw in it that may have come loose or fell out. If it is there make sure it is tight. If it is loose or missing you can move the handle all day and get no water.

Okay you guys- IT WORKS! A little embarrassed but a lot happy, so I'll share what happened. Long story long- tried all the suggestions to no avail. Called the dealer we bought it from AGAIN, and the tech said walk to your trailer with us on the phone. He said face the sink. Now move the joystick back and forth. Nothing. Then he said take your thumb and move it to the right. It kind of pivots. Son of a gun it worked! My wife and I literally jumped up and down we were so excited! I may be a little slow, but I probably wouldn't have figured it out for a hundred years, except by accident. Like I said- embarrassed but unbelievably happy!
Thanks again everybody!
