What is the best way to clean the sink?

My kitchen sink doesn't really have stains, but it has marks starting to appear. They look like black scuff marks. I have tried the baking soda and vinegar mix - didn't help. I have tried the liquid Oxy-clean - didn't work. I have tried bleach - didn't work.
What is the best solution to use to remove the scuff marks?

If you have the same sink we have, it's some kind of weird off-white plastic type thing. Magic eraser works the best. I have two chips in mine. Looks like I may have to do a bit of research and get a shiny new stainless steel one!! Yea!!

Thank you! I did try Soft Scrub, but not mixed with bleach. I will try that. If that doesn't work I will move on to the Magic Eraser!

Not soft scrub mixed with bleach, soft scrub WITH bleach. It is a soft scrub product that has bleach already in it.
