What kind of roof do I have and how to protect it?

We have a 2011 Microlite 23LB and not sure what kind of roof it has. I thought all TTs had the rubber membrane but after doing some reading, I don't think that's the case. I want to do some routine maintenance on it but not sure what exactly needs to be done. I think regular Dawn dish soap is good for washing. Does it need any kind of sealer on it after washing? Other than washing regularly, what else should I be doing to prevent leaks? Sorry for all the questions. This is our first TT so we don't really know exactly how to maintain it.

I suspect it's a TPO roof by Alpha Systems but hopefully you have some literature in your packet from FR? The TPO roof membrane has a textured surface that isn't as slippery when it gets wet as EPDM (which is a rubber material). I've been cleaning my TPO roof with Murphy's Oil Soap but others have successfully used blue Dawn dish soap. I'll be giving it a try later this Spring.
