What the are these things for???

I have 3 of these latch things on the outside of my 2006 rockwood roo 23b. Latch things is probably not even close to proper terminology. They are about 2 inchs(have a little metal rod), secured to the camper with 4 screws. They look like their load bearing. theres 3 seperate ones. They were installed after market. I'm at a loss, I can't figure it out, it's driving me nuts!

Just a pure GUESS, but by where they are and what they look like, I would GUESS they are hook points for a screened in room around the awning.

I have one of them on the outside of my trailer and two on the inside. They are used to hang me smaller television on with a sort of clamping device and we can move the tv to whichever spot we want to watch it in, even outside. We had the outside one installed when we bought the trailer and had a cable connection run out there beside an outside receptacle. Old Guys (Brian and Joanne)

Thule made some RV assessories like garbage cans that had hooks that looked a little like those. Check this link.
