Whats behind here

Hi. Does anyone out there know what is behind this panel and why they didn't make it into cupboard? I am thinking about opening it up and using the space for storage. We a 2907ss.

Cheers Chris

That's where they put the "RV Demons". Be very afraid.

Do you have outside speakers? It might be the back of your speakers.

Great ideas guys. Pulled it out and there are a few wires there. Will be easily turned into extra cupboard space. Its a shame they didn't think of this at the factory. These cupboards are over our dinette so will be good to have some extra space.

I think I've heard SabreSam mention RVIA (?) a few times as to reasons things were specific ways. It's likely they aren't "allowed" due to the wires.

Those wires already run under the rest of the cupboard as it has a false floor. Seems more lazy than regulatory.

I would build a false bottom, leave the cables there and voila ! NEW CUPBOARD !
