Where can I get a base for a 24" Furrion TV?

Bought our new 2604ws a few month ago and wasn't happy with the size of the television. So I subbed our 31" in our home's bedroom for the 24" Furrion. Works great! Only problem is: the 24" Furrion came without a base, even though it is obvious it is designed to be free-standing. I've surmising that FR sends the bases that come with the TV's to a landfill after hanging them in the campers.

The dealer hasn't gotten back to me with a solution other than hanging it on a wall in our bedroom - not an option; and I posted a request on Furrion's "Contact Us" page and have not received a response from them.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The base plate to mine was in one of the overhead cabinets next to the TV

Fortunately, your dealer was kind enough to give you everything you had paid for! I know it's only 50 cents worth of plastic and three screws, but it was part of the television when they installed it in the camper. The only place I haven't investigated in my TT is the undercarriage area - I doubt they would have taken the time to hide it there.

Dealer not responding to inquiries at this point--actually told me they would look up the price for the base. Sent them another email today expressing that other dealers have been including them like you said. Will wait before I mention their name in the Forum.

Ramco is the company that supplies that mounts and base. The sell online as well.

You might check with Rockwood people and see if they have any laying around that they could provide or a mfg contact to order one.

Thanks, piknchikn. I may not have been clear in my original description. I just need the plastic base and 3 screws that allow the television to sit on a table or dresser - I'm not hanging it on a wall.

The base is important if you want to set it up in the outside storage bin for use while tailgating.

A couple weeks ago, a nice lady from Furrion called and asked for my address and said she was sending me a base for my Television at no charge. Previously, another lady at Furrion had told me it would cost $25 + $13 shipping to have a base sent. The very nice lady said they were no longer shipping the televisions with a base if they knew it was to be installed in a TT and that sending me the base was being done "as an act of good faith". I thanked her vary much and received the base a couple days later.

I don't know what tree I shook, but I'm happy to have the whole television now!
