Where do you store your Countertop extension

I have the Rockwood 2703WS and though I might have use for the counter top extension. I find that I do not have much use for it, at least not yet.

I am looking for a good place to store it in the TT. Any ideas?

Well,

We have a different trailer model and you specified a place "in the trailer" but we decided we were unlikely to ever use ours so it is in the attic of our house. Our RV lifestyle just did not dictate having to keep it in the trailer when we have limited space anyway.

We've never used ours, either...it's just the two of us usually. It's underneath the sofa in the RV.

I got some folding brackets at Lowes, removed the slots mounted on the counter and attached it to the end of the counter. Reinforced behind the paneling with wood. Set the covered garbage can under it. We used to keep it under the sofa. I'd take pics for you but its at the dealer.

We need all the counter top we can get. The extension rides on the couch with the "hooks" slipped between the couch's seat and back cushions. Stays there just fine.

Under the bed, it has hydraulic openers on it like car hoods.

Counter Extension

My rig is a Windjammer 3001W and I store mine under the sofa. The counter is a bit small and when company is over I need it to prepare food. The extension in the rig is quite large and has it's own leg so I find the best place is under the sofa. Frank

First I cut about 1/3 of the thing off and moved the hooks. This allowed us room to get by it and still provided additional counter space. Store it under the table.
