Windjammer 3006WK on order!
After a bunch of RV shows and walking through hundreds of RVs (lots of floor plans, by many manufacturers!) we finally found the Travel Trailer perfect for us...the Windjammer 3006WK. We liked the separate bunk room with extra large bunks, full outdoor kitchen, huge bedroom with bed in slide for lots of storage and walk around space, 2nd entry to a bathroom with the 2nd entry door being under the awning, etc. it's also a fairly unique layout with the bunkhouse in the front and the queen bed in the back. There are so many features that I'm excited about including led lighting (so I don't have to switch out all the lighting on a new TT).
Anyway, we put our deposit down today on a new order. Now the hard part...waiting 8-10 weeks!

Congratulations on the new Windjammer. We've had ours about 11 months and absolutely love it.

We picked the 3006WK for the same reason. It was the only trailer with an east west bed in a slide, bunkhouse and an outdoor kitchen. My wife wanted a larger kitchen with an island but we couldn't find one like that with all of the other features.
The next 8-10 weeks will seem like forever as the weather gets warmer

East west is what some people say is sideways with North - South being inline with the way it goes down the road.

We've had our 3006WK for almost exactly one year. We absolutely love it!!! Wish our outdoor kitchen has the sink, but our 2013 is only equipped with a fridge and pull out cooktop.
Enjoy it!

Monday 4/28 will be 8 weeks (out of 8-10 weeks). Waiting is almost impossible knowing that a lot of our friends and family are already camping for the season.
We just got word that ours should come off the line the following week (by 5/8). I wonder how long it takes to ship from Indiana to the dealer in PA? Hmmm...I'm waiting impatiently!
