Windjammer 3025 television remote and fireplace

The remote for our television changes the fireplace settings when we use it. Does anyone else have that problem???

We had the dealer install a fireplace in our 2703WS, and we love it. However, it has a similar issue. The TV remote will turn it on or off if you don't pay attention or hold the remote less than about two feet away. Using the microwave, toaster, or coffee maker also kick the fireplace off the circuit and turn it off. Had it checked by the dealer and the only place they could wire it in came with these penalties. We have learned how to manage and enjoy the fireplace enough to put up with the downside.

I have the same problem. 2020 2511s. No success at the dealer. 3 tries!
