Windjammer: Where is the frame????

Hi!
Newbie question: The underside of our TT is completely covered with a tarp and the finish on the bottom sides of the TT walls goes down to meet the tarp.

We want to set up a jack near the entrance door but...we really don't know where to install it! Any idea or picture would be of great help!!

Tks in advance and have a great summer!!!

What kind of jack are you wanting to install and for what reason?

Lifting for tire change or for stabilization?

Most of us have a pair of scissor jacks just in front of the front tire(axle).

Here is where I put mine.

Mounted the jack to a tube and slid it into the bigger tube.

Drilled a hole thru both and inserted a bolt/nut to make the jack removable incase it was ever in the way of working under the TT.

I wrap a bungee cord around each jack to keep it from extending during transit. Don't ask how I came up with that idea.

Thanks but the problem is that the underbelly is completely tarped so it's difficult for us to see but we will give it a try!!

Mine is too.

Look near the axle where it meets the frame.

We put a jack just forward of the front door if our WJ. It is one that is for stabilizing and not a sissor jack. We can see the side rail of the frame and carefully line the jack up along the rail but not touching the lines that run along there. This is right under the skirting and helps with the trailer bouncing.

Timex -
I guess the jack took the licking but didn't keep on ticking?
Wink, wink..nudge, nudge..
Dating myself here...

That is a great idea for the jacks, I've see one or three partially down in the past.
