Anyway, did not have a choice. Table was standard.
Was wondering if the legs were held in place on the floor, would the table still lower to the bed position?

Mine is exactly the same. I have 2 issues with this table and rv.
1. Placed the heat outlet plate under the table and is a hassle.
2. Wobbles at the joint

the only fix is to remove the table top from the base, order from Amazon or camping world stationary legs that attach to the floor and table top. I have the same table in my primetime tracer. As built they are worthless.

In our 2604WS the table stands on carpet so we expect a little wobble. This table is designed to be a dining table, a coffee table and a bed support. "A Jack of all trades is a master of none."
Since we use it in all its capacities, we put up with the wobble.

Hi all. There is another thread on this one with a few ideas in it. I have the same table, and chose to screw L-brackets at a few strategic points. It is not 100% wobble-free, but it's a heckuva lot better, and still collapses for transport or to turn the dinette into a bed.

I took my wobble table to the dealer and they put in L- brackets no charge.
This seams to solve my wobble.

Another thread was on this same subject with pictures. I fixed mine with "L" brackets under the table. It helped a lot. Here is the link to the other thread: Wiggly Kitchen Table

Where is your wobble within the table? Is it rocking on the floor or within the frame? I have this same table and it is rock solid. I found the frame at a RV surplus place. The original metal frame on our table was flimsy, It got severely bent on the 3rd trip out. I am really satisfied with mine.
