2006 Surveyor SV291

Hello all
Glad I found this site. I am in Ontario Canada, so it is getting cold here now. We just put a 100% refundable deposit down on a used 2006 Surveyor SV291. It has the swaybars and outside BBQ with it. There is a 30 day warrenty but they are not going to start the warrenty till May. Anything you guys think I should look for before we make the final plunge. we are getting it for 13000, I think we are getting a good deal?
Any help would be appreciated?

Sounds like a good deal. Check everything. Look especially at the roof and for leaks. Make sure you get it in writing that they won't start the warranty period until after it's de-winterized.
