2010 sv 264

Hey all-
We are looking to purchase a 2010 sv264 and just wants to get any insight on what to look for as any problem areas. We went yesterday and took a look at it and it looks very well maintained but having never bought a used trailer didn't know if there are any "spots" to make sure we check.

Also what would be reasonable price from a dealer on this unit? There don't seem to be many used ones out there to get a good idea on what they should go for.

We have an RPod 177 but wanted something larger and fell in love with this floor-plan.

Any soft spots on floor? Press on all walls looking for soft spots or where wallpaper looks distorted. Outside walls look smooth. Climb on roof. Always looking for previous water damage.
