2012 sv305 major water leak

Just came back from using my camper for the first time and noticed a major water leak. i was sitting outide while my wife was giving my kids a bath when i noticed a ton of water coming from under the camper. so i decided to take the bathtub inspection cover off to have a look what i found was the tub drain and tube was cracked. whoever installed it broke it by over tightening it and didnt bother fixing it. another issue i found was the front slide out window was scratched due to the slide opening and closing and having something rubbing against it.

does it look like you will be able
to get to that THING easily to repair ?
on our unit looks pretty tight under there

Ya i would have replaced it myself, im a licensed mechanic. But thats what warranty is for and its brand new, ill let them fix it.
