2013SP 280 leak waiting to happen

Bought trailer August 2015 used. Love the inside and floor plan. BUT the leaks I've found are really disappointing. Slide out had been leaking when it was in and in storage enough under the linoleum to totally soak and grow mold in front of unit. Is leaking at top left and bottom right as slide out seems to be warped. Dinette window had leak at top left and water ran down inside of wall to wet floor. Running lights would fill up with water and run inside unit. Caulking around stove vent let water run down inside wall behind stove. Pass thru doors leaking.
Questions
1- can the slide out be adjusted to come in further so it will touch seal all around?
2-anyone know part number for carefree slide our topper for this model?
