2016 251 rks

We have just picked up a new 251 RKS, and have not used it yet. Has anybody come up with a fix for the exposed water pipe that goes to the toilet? I'm thinking of putting a piece of light wood over it, to cover it up so it will look like a small step.

Didn't even think about it last year. Something to put on to do list.

It doesn't look pretty but it's never gotten in our way.

Ditto that. it's not bothering anything and way too many other things to mod/work on around the camper... :-)

I did seal every opening under the TT in my 241RKS, with black foam.

I've got a few spots to seal on my new 251RKS - what black foam do you use and where can I get it?
Thanks . . .

Hudgen,
I was wrong when I wrote black foam, it was black caulk. Where I used foam (mainly around the pipes where there were big gaps) I then spray painted the foam. For the thin edges, I used caulk. I am sorry for the miss information. I did find huge gaps.
I also installed a male 110 marine electrical next to the outside TV outlet. I connected it to a thin 110 electrical plug near the pantry. I used that plug for external power to heat the TT all winter. (I use an oil filled heater). The TT survived the winter in perfect shape.

You could box it in, wrap it in contact paper similar in color to the cabinets or floor, or paint it a color to blend in with the cabinets/floor.

I was looking at that hose again today. The DM wants a box there, so that a small basket could be screwed to it for the "tp" role.
