2016 251 RKS Kitchen Door

We bought this 251 RKS new, but it had been on the lot for one year. We have used it 3 times, each time for 2 weeks. The kitchen door is making a squeeling and cracking noise when we open it, and it opens really hard. I'm afraid the door jam well break, it's only started doing this 1 weeks ago. Has anybody had this problem?

These doors are friction doors. Supposed to stay open in winds up to, I think, 20mph. Mine will start to close in less wind than that. What I like about these type of doors you don't have to worry about pulling the anchor off the outside wall. To help with the groaning noise you could lightly lubricate the doors with some dry silicone spray. Something that will not attract dirt. You don't want to lose too much friction.
We love our 2017 251rks (bought in 2016) quality has been great. The only think that happened, to us, is the wires for the slide under the slide when below the mechanism and rubbed against the tire. The wire and support plastic was shredded. A quick repair and we were good. I added a small hinge in the middle to help with the bending. This is the only really poor design. I did adjust the support that it was pointed up more. Now we have no more worries.
If you have any questions please ask. It is the only way we can help each other.
Good luck and Happy Camping.

leveling

I'm the cause of the door problem, I leveled the trailer with only one wheel up, on the side of the kitchen door. It was putting a bind on the hinges. Now I hope I haven't screwed the hinges up.

That would do it. Re-level it and you should be fine. I have done that before in other trailers.
