Not really.
The quick release coupling makes things high and tidy up under the trailer.
The only two things I can think of to make it easier would be:
1. Keep the hose constantly connected and wind it up and strap it under the trailer for easier access.
2. Connect the hose to the quick connect and then drill a small hole in the floor of the outdoor kitchen and keep it permanently routed up through that. The concern there would be if there was a leak and it went into the cabin of the trailer.
