A big THANK YOU to the Surveyor factory folks !

We spent 8 days at the Potato creek state park (great park in my opinion !) and took Mindy (Our SV291) to the factory to ask them about a small problem we were experiencing.

They fixed the issue within 10 minutes, and went over the trailer very carefully and spotted a small issue I would probably catch too late, and fixed them right on the spot. The service, friendliness and professionalism they show is simply unbelievable !

While we were there I also purchased the serta mattress for myself (Woow, what a difference compard to the foam) and a second set of foam mattresses for the kids bunks. My son says now he can sleep properly

If you are ever in the goshen area and own a Surveyor, you should make a point of going for a factory tour. I have posted the factory contact infromation and the eprson;s name to contact previously. They are always pleased when the owners of the actual units come and see the facilities the unis are built in.

I hope they are reading the forums and see this

I'm no where near Goshen. I wonder if there is another factory in the West? Glad to hear you had a good trip, and experience.

last year you recommended Chain o lakes and Potato creek to me if you remember. I personally liked Potato creek more, but, the area around chain o lakes was better for seeing different things.

I now need another state park in the area for next year My trailer loves her visits to the factory where she gets the best care and love
