A/C cycling

We just bought a used 2018 Surveyor and are on a short "shakedown" trip to get used to it. It's a 50-amp service, 2 a/c units. I noticed the bedroom unit "cycling" the 1st night; it would sound like the compressor came on, ran for a few minutes, the shut down but the fan kept running. It would do this for about 3-4 cycles, then shut down normally. This afternoon I'm noticing the living room a/c doing the same thing, and it's not very cool in here. Not uncomfortable, but... Any ideas?

Could be several things. A pic of the stat(assuming the front has one) and at least the brand of the a/c. Might be able to help.
