AC Issue

Anyone else have this issue, not sure it's a problem. AC is running just fine when the fan cuts off but you can hear the compressor continue to run after a minutes or maybe less the fan comes back on. We have noticed that it does it more often if a over head vent is directed back at the thermostat but not always. Curious?

There is nothing wrong with your AC. The controller shuts off the power to the blower for a second when changing speeds. You can do it manually and hear the same thing. What it is doing is going from high to low as you are getting closer to the desired temperature. If you notice, it only happens when you are making a drastic temperature change (i.e. when you first turn it on)

Cmjjmoore, great question... We just pulled into a campground a few hours ago and I noticed the same thing... We assumed it was as mentioned but glad to read the answer for confirmation
