Adding Fold Down Kitchen Counter

Have 2019 Surveyor 241. DW wants to add a fold down counter on the end to give her more counter space
Existing counter is 22 inches wide. Has to fold down as it would block the opening to bedroom. Any ideas would be appreciated.
