Bad Floor. Linoleum discolored/soft spots need advice!

I have a 2004 Surveyor, 28' with no slides. The linoleum has several spots where it has become discolored and has become "soft". There was a shower drain leak where I had some water get into the subflooring. R/V has sat for a year in the Texas heat without use. I am assuming everything is dry by now. Was thinking about cutting linoleum flush with walls and furniture and replacing the damaged subflooring, then applying new linoleum. Has anyone done this? Can I assume the moisture is gone? Is it ok to put 1/4" subfloor on top of existing? Looking for advice.

Never done it, but would sugest removing antything that you can that is screwed down (benches, sofa, bed base) pull up the vinyl and see what you have. May find some mold growing. Cut out what you need and replace with same. I would not just go over and cover the unknown damage. It may come back on you.
