Bathtub

Forest River Surveyor 201RBS
In the bathroom, between the wall and the top of the bathtub is not sealed. Shouldn't there be caulk or something to keep water from seeping down the wall or is there is reason that it's not sealed?

It probably would not hurt to caulk it. Better safe than sorry.

It blows my mind that they don't seal these. I tries a bathtub corner bead adhesive but it didnt hold up. Im going to silicone it before the Spring. Im assuming that the tub has a return lip that goes up behind the wall covering? Im going to seal it anyways.

I did my PDI today on my 201rbs and asked that question, and was told that the back of the tub goes up behind the plastic wall. Looking at it and pulling the wall out slightly it appears there isn't an issue with water getting behind the tub.

Can't wait to get the few things fixed on the 201 and get out there! The weather has to turn, though, as it snowed and sleeved today.
