My 2012 Surveyor was purchased new and set up by the dealer in a campground as i'm a seasonal camper. Suddenly this past week for some unknown reason the black waste tank dropped which is still a mystery until i can get a rv service person to take a look at it. Could someone tell me what possibly happened or may have experienced the same problem. I'm

Sorry for you trouble. It could be a few different things, but without seeing the tank, supports, etc., I will not even offer a guess. Please let us know once you have it looked at.

Ouch. Awfully new trailer for that. Something must not have been attached correctly.

If the tank swelled (from turboflushing with the waste gate closed, over filled and let sit in the heat, etc) it is possible for the supporting structure to bend, break, and release the tank. Some campers have pretty minimal cross braces.
