We love our 201, we like state and federal campgrounds. Can put 201 in spots others will not fit. Like large tank sizes, if we use plastic container for washing dishes and use bath house for showers we only have to dump ever 4th day. Have 35 gal portable tank that I carry on ladder at back of camper, if you get one get the 4 wheel model (not 2 wheel design). At one campground we go to they have dump station by bath house for portable tanks and I can pull it across sand without problem. Had 2 wheel design before and it took me and my wife to get it to same dump station with much difficulty.

Check and see if you may qualify for Golden Age pass for Federal campgrounds. Save you a lot of money.

Have fun and hope you enjoy 201 as much as we have.

Surveyor 201-Thanks Buckskin

We have just moved up from an RPod and was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to get into some of the crazy places we like to frequent. I'm with you in regards to camping at forest Service and State campgrounds. We live in the middle of the Shasta Trinity National forest so we have some cool places that we like to boon dock at.

Thanks again for your responce . Hope you and yours are well.

Only problem we had with ours is that they did not put any sealer around lip at bottom of sides and rain water ran down sides into underbelly of camper. We thought we had plumbing leak, dealer had to run bead of sealer around lip. They had to go back and do this to all campers on lot with enclosed underbelly. If I had known it would have taken about 30 minutes or less to run small bead of clear sealer around lip and saved trip back to dealer.

We added Fantasik fan in vent over bed, snaked wire from overhead light near vent that you cut on at light fixture - always has electric power. It works great except when there is campfire nearby - it sucks in smoke. Have to leave bathroom vent open if door and windows are closed to allow for air flow. We also use small cube cremaic 1,500 watt electric heater that saves on propane and keeps camper warm down to about 45 F. These campers are tight, we have to always leave vent cracked for fresh air, added vent cover over both vents to keep out rain.

Enjoy your new camper.

I love my 201RBS. Bought it new this year and have been very pleased with it. My first TT and so far it's been great fun.
