connecting a grill to the Surveyor quick connect

Boy, I thought this was going to be easier than this, but now after reading about issues with double-regulating the grill it's now major confusion...

The 251RKS model has a nice feature where there is an LP quick connect about mid trailer on the awning side where you can hook up a camp stove/grill right to the quick connect and cook using your large LP tanks (Instead of buying the little propane canisters). However, finding a grill and an appropriate tank hose that will work is a bit elusive. Can anyone post a solution that works. I'm just looking for a quick connect hose (maybe 6 or 12' long) and a stove it can connect to. Perhaps something like this Coleman RoadTrip LXE Grill - Coleman 2000020937/9949-750C - Gas Grills - Camping World

Unfortunately not for the Road Trip grills. Maybe for one of the many other brands of grills you can, not sure. The ones listed to fit the Road Trip did not as I found.

Yeah I was just giving another option if he already had one of the inexpensive tabletop grills like I did.

Walmart grill $40 control knob $14 compared to $175 for the Coleman. I just don't have space for that big of a grill right now.

Yeah, a lot of them could be MUCH easier to work with using off the shelf parts as you said.

OK. One of our camping partners was all worried about double regulator. His dealer said just buy a hose and hook it up. Male quick disconnect on one end. Male small bottle fitting on the other. His Q Grill modest priced CW BBQ works fine. Turns out, once you regulate it down, one time it passes most little regulators at or near normal flow. 12 ft version of that type hose on sale yesterday for like $35. I didn't grab one for the new TH because I have 16 little ones and my camp partner offers to share his hose.
