Dinette / sleep configuration

Anyone know a good way to stop the dinette table top from sliding off the rails when it's used as a bed? Seems like an iffy design and could have been done better. I've already had people fall off in the middle of the night due to it sliding off. Thanks

Both our old Pup-Up and our current TT have a piece Velcro (or two) on the rails, with the mating piece on the bottom of the table. My father regularly sleeps on our dinette, and hasn't had any movement.
