Door/Drawer latches

My '13 Surveyor sport - when traveling the cabinet doors and drawers sometimes come open.
Is there an adjustment on these or another way to secure them?
Thanks

FR Surveyor Sport SP240

On the cabinet side are two rollers tensioned by a spring. On the door side is a "prong" that I suppose can be spread out with a flat screwdriver.

Sometimes the roller does not fully engage the probe. Easy adjustment to loosen the roller and move in or out until firm. I have the same kind and all grip very tight. It is possible that the roller on some May be week also and need replacement. Hope it helps you.
