I wouldn't even be able to make the corners into a drive through around these parts, let alone make it under anything.

Good thing you will be along henceforth so this sort of thing does not happen again.

That's what I was thinking w/ the confined locations, planter boxes & curbs, I can't fathom someone trying to take any kind of trailer thru a drive thru.

I can't imagine taking a RV trailer through a drive-thru . . . .

That last pic is reminisent of the bus crash in the Syracuse area that killed 4 people.

Cops: Driver using GPS when bus hit NY bridge - wtop.com

When I saw the news reports, the 10'9" clearance signs were quite visible, so I don't know what the driver was thinking.

Maybe that Wildcat owner was one of the disgruntled posters on these boards!

What we do with height, weight, length, & width of a new fire apparatus, is measure it ourselves, them put the info on a laminated 3x5 card, attached to the drivers visor. Always within reach for quick reference.

When we used to have an RV rental business we would have the height prominently displayed in front of the driver on the dash. We too measured ourselves and then put in a few extra inches just for safety sake.

I would never take any RV through a drive through anything.
