Question EPDM rubber roofing question...

The rubber EPDM material on our new Surveyor SP 240 appears to be not firmly glued down in both rear corners on the roof (about 4" by 4" in each of the corners). The caulking is in place at all seams and edges and there is no damage visible to the material, but the rubber fabric is "bubbled" and does not sit flat on the roof's surface. There is no leaking, and there is no moisture visible under the material. Is this an acceptable situation? The rest of the roof is firmly glued in place. Should I be concerned? Opinions?

No concern. It is very hard to get the material down, glued, and no trash under it. It won't hurt a thing, an
s long as the caulking on the ends and corners is good. Besides, it will have loose places n very hot days, and stretch tight on very cold days. It has to move a little, and since it expands and contracts differently from the wood underneath, they won't always be together.
