Exterior Height

I'm sure this has been asked several times before, but I couldn't find a definitive answer in my search.

Does the exterior height listed on the specifications for Surveyor trailers include all vent covers, AC, etc? If not what does this spec include or not include?

Includes highest point on camper
Normally a/c is highest point.

That said, my ACTUAL measurement was almost 2" taller than what the spec said it was going to be.

I would think the overall height would be the basic trailer without options. If AC is an option, then that would have to be added.

My trailer listed the height as "roof edge". That was listed as 8'4", and that is pretty darn close. In reality, my AC is close to 9'10".
