I had dealings with our local Camping World years when I found something broke on our trailer that I missed when we looked the trailer over after buying. They gave me the run around, I should have known when we bought the unit they gave me a price signed papers and a week later when we were supposed to pick it up I got a call delaying it. Then they tried to say there was something wrong with the Bank loan and they had to raise the amount so the bank would go along. At this point I told them to send my deposit back and they didn't like that but they had everything ready the next day. Wish I had someone like Forrest River as you did then.

I don't know whether to say sorry that you purchased the trailer from them. all I can say is don't let them give you the run around and keep after them and if you feel like you're getting the runaround do like I did go straight to the manufacturer that was the only way I could get anything done. I would leave the dealership with them telling me they'd have to call and get authorization to have warranty work done on the trailer, and I would call the manager at Crossroads and they would call cypillars authorize the work. CW would call me and ask me how I got that authorized so quick because I wasn't waiting for them to get it done.

Send a message via MSN to Tiggerdad
Had the same cheap faucets on my previous 5er. I changed them better faucets from Home Depot.

We went to camping world looking for a new trailer. The rudest unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Plus there trailers were grossly over priced. We went across the highway to an independent dealer and our experience was just the opposite. The dealer that was so helpful said they love Camping world. I can see why. I won't even order supplies from them anymore.

No help for leak!

Forest River won't fix a leak problem on my camper that's only a year 1/2. The problem seems like a manufactor problem and not a maintenance problem.
That's a shame they don't stand behind their product.

Not all CW's are in the same category as to service. The CW in Winter Garden, Florida has provided me with excellent warranty service for my FR Sunseeker.

I'm sure that is the case. It all comes down to who is running the business. I will buy stuff from Cw in Akron I just won't have any service done there.
