My SV-264 is a slightly longer version of this... and the rear kitchen has it's pros and cons. You've listed the pros... the cons are that everything in the rear of the trailer bounces more than any other part of the trailer, so stuff can get scrambled. Don't leave anything, even a bar of soap, in the sink, or it will crack. Mine's been replaced with a stainless steel unit. Refrigerator contents can get scrambled on rough roads. Everything in the cabinets needs to be in bubble wrap... etc. The rear kitchen isn't all that bad, but when I upgrade. it won't have one.
