I thought so; but with the 10 day rule I wanted to be sure. The account I opened was a pay-per-use type; so no other fees to worry about.
I had also considered getting a draft or money order; but I wanted to be able to have the cheque returned just in case I run into an issue in month 23 or something.
Perhaps a little paranoid; but I also had never dealt with FR before.
