Fresh water drain

The drain on the fresh water on our 2012 SP23, has the nut on the bottom of the tank. Is there a mod for easier access? I hate having to get on my back and unscrew it every time I want to drain the fresh water.

I still have to get under the trailer, but I installed this:

Along with the appropriate thread adapter (that I bought at a True Value).

At least I only have to do a quarter turn to open and close.

Combine madmaxmutt's suggestion with an extension pole fashioned with a slotted end should simplify rotating the valve.

Similar to the slotted handle on a bottle jack.
