fridge help

I have a new SP 293 surveyor. The fridge has pretty much struggled to keep up this weekend. Last time was great. We haven't had a lot of hot food put into it which would slow it down. The 5 # of ice in the freezer is even melting. What do I need to do?

Was the refer on gas or electric?
Is it new and under warranty?
Did you pre-cool the refigerator (12 hrs )before putting anything inside?
If it was packed solid with warm food it would have difficulty trying to cool it all.

Please update us on your profile so we know if this is new or used trailer.
Thanks

It was plenty cold last night. It froze the bag of ice to the floor of the freezer. We picked up the trailer on the 15 th and took it out that afternoon. It worked great then, almost to the point of too cold in the fridge. What about the thermostat?

I'm at .05 degrees left/right and .02 degrees front/back. I'm on a concrete pad.

The trailer is brand new. The first time we took it out was the day we picked it up. Fridge worked like a champ. 2nd trip is this weekend. All day long today it has steadily lost it's cool.

I've put all the important stuff into a cooler for the night. The fridge is humming but it's getting warmer by the hour. Either I'm doing something wrong, or I have a warranty issue. The fridge is brand new, no large amounts of warm food introduced, on auto selection, on 30 amp shore power.
