Help water tank leaking? SV291

Posting under my dads handle.

Today I took my surveyor out for the first time (taking to dads house to dewinterize and wash). Got it moving and after the first stop on the way over there antifreeze was pouring out of the underneath on the side near the fresh water tank fill up. It hadn't leaked all winter and there was no signs of leak where it had been over the winter.

I filled the tank up with water and again it began leaking at the same spot and now near the sewer hook ups. With the sealed underbelly I can't see anything. There are two low point drains one has two tubes and the other only one. The water is coming down over the single low point drain, which is not open. This drain and the tube just spin when I tried to open it. Has this happened to anyone else anyone have any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
