Jensen Surround

Can't get surrround sound on tv.

need to give us more than this...have you checked the audio out of the TV..is it just the surround sound...do you get audio out of the TV..


Need to start at the source and work your way back to the receiver...

I have sound on the television but cannot get it on the surround sound bar the renote for the jensen box does not respond on the tv

The remote is not set up to respond to TV. You should be going through the menu on the radio to set the system to work with the tv. Can't remember the sequence but check your book that came with the radio. Later RJD

Every year I get my rig out I need to refresh my memory on how to get the sound to work properly with each system, radio, TV, DVDs etc. Each of these as well have their own remotes. There is several settings on my sound bar and usually I can get it to work by adjusting it. I will check today to confirm what that setting says on the unit.

I was able to get a photo of the surround sound but it's to big to load. It shows the SS programmed to TV by, pushing the source button. I had to hit the source button on the TV as well and cycled it through to TV then the SS worked. I was able to increase the sound on the SS by using the volumn on the TV. Good luck!

HOW do you get surround sound to play with TV? I can do radio and dvd. I have turned off speakers for TV and turned surround sound on and changed equalizer. Can't get it to work! So many remotes. When I turn Jensen on, it plays music or what ever it is on. Help. Thanks. It's in Sunseeker 2015.

My TV is also a Jensen which may make a difference but here is what I did to get the surround sound to work. On the Jensen radio unit I turned on power and hit the aux setting button. On the SS I used the source button on the unit and turned it to the TV setting. Then I turned the TV on and hit the source on the remote it was on TV and I had to cycle it through the choices the ended up at the TV setting again to make the SS work. good Luck,

On mine you set the soundbar to show dd as the source.
