Surveyor apparently has an optional receiver for a bike rack.
i wouldn't do it unless the factory installed it, because that wouldn't void the frame's warranty.

They have it for the Sport Model but not available on the Cadet Model

most all TT bumpers, unless designed to carry a load, are very thin. They flex and twist severely with a load bouncing on them.
