mold problem

I hope someone can help with a problem i just got this year after uncovering my 2013 surveyor sp220. when i uncovered it there was spots all over the camper sides, they look like they could be mold not sure. I used grease lighting on the spots and them waxed the camper good. this did ok now they look like they are coming back. help

If it's mold, X-14 will wipe it out fast. No X-14, use high-strength bleach. I always carry a small bottle of bleach with me in the unit for just such "discoveries" and to add to the fresh water tank by the tablespoon for purity.

This appears to be on the outside of his camper. I would be hesitant to use that as it could damage the finish.
