Mystery bolts on Surveyor 264

I have four bolts protruding thru the frame rail on the street side wheel well of my new Surveyor 264. There are none on the curb side. Can any give me a clue as to what these might be. My dealer is 110 miles away, so if it can wait till the end of the season, I would prefer to wait. But if it's something that appears to need immediate attention, I'd like to know. Any ideas????

Mine is at the dealer right now. They do look familiar. I remember seeing them and wondering how much fuel I am going to use to cart them all over the country!
I think they are "one-size-fits-all" self tapping screws that have something to do with the slide mechanism or the slide frame mounting plates frame bolts things.

I have a Surveyor 264. I have been under mine to touch up all of the bolts to keep them from rusting. Also pulled the wheels to have them balanced. I do not remember anything like this. I would send the picture to Forest River and ask them. I will go out and look at mine tomorrow.

I just went out and looked. I do not have any bolts like that on mine. Mine was build in May of 2011. It is a 2012 unit. Please post on what you find out.

I painted all mine with trem-clad and I don't remember any that long, what a waste, I too will be interested in what they are holding, they look like they are coming through the " I' beam at an angle and not through the flanged area.

I got an email from the Warranty Dept. this morning. I was told that the bolts were for holding the slide out to the frame, needed no nuts on them and were perfectly normal. If my slide out is secure , I'm fine with that. But let's face it, it's not normal. They missed. The bolts should have been on the inside and you would think they could have at least put some black paint on them to kind of cover them up. I'll paint them and hope for the best.

They may be engineered to be on the outside... what's on the other side of the frame right there? Your tanks?

They could be, but two posters above state that theirs are not coming thru the outside. Nothing some paint can't take care of.
