Update...We are coming up on season two with the 32BHDS. I posted that I was looking for a 2500....well I have one now. Traded my 13 GMC 1500 in on a 14 2500HD Diesel. I am ready to see how it pulls. Based on what I have read it will night and day as compared to the 1/2 ton truck. Come on Spring...I am ready!

Need Help Surveyor 32bhds Info

I just took delivery of my new 32BHDS came in as a 2017. An earlier thread on this post mention to not travel with the TV hanging. Has anyone else had this issue?

Do you leave it up or take it down?

We are so excited to start using it!

2016 32BHDS....I always leave the TV up. I even changed it from the stock 32" to a 40" and put the 32 in the back. I leave them both up.

I have a 2016 32BHDS, on my 2nd trip my TV ripped including mount out of the wall. Luckily the slide kept the TV from falling to the floor and breaking. I added a solid piece of hardwood behind the T for additional support. I still put the TV on the front bed for most of the trips.

I would always take it down. Small amount of work to save a lot of headache on a bumpy patch of road!

I have also replaced all 4 with heavier ones due to another RV pushing my unit and damaging them but it was the end of last year so I never tried it out. Thanks!

Can you give more details? What model 40" did you get ? Did it mount easily with holes matching up? Any other issues? But I like the idea
